Treatments are carefully planned to accommodate each and every client. In a spirit of mutual respect, we kindly request that you arrive on time or at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment to complete any paperwork, etc. Treatments begin and end when scheduled; any time missed by the client due to tardiness or incomplete forms will not be made up during the session.
Please allow at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellation to avoid being charged in full. If we are able to re-book your appointment time with another guest, the cancellation fee will be waived. A rescheduling fee of $45 will apply to treatments changed after the 24-hour period. No shows are charged at full treatment rate.
Only children receiving therapy are permitted on-site. There are no exceptions as this violates our policy on Etiquette. In addition, minors receiving treatment must have an adult present with them in the treatment room. The parent or guardian must also complete and sign all paperwork for the minor child.
Our environment is one of tranquility and relaxation. In consideration of other guests, cell phones must be on silent mode or turned off. And, we ask that voices are kept subdued.
Please assist us by informing us of any health issues including medications, allergies or injuries that may make the treatment you have chosen unsuitable for you prior to the date of service. We will be happy to advise safer alternatives. If the client fails to notify the practitioner of any health conditions that make them ineligible for treatment, doesn't cancel and shows up, they will be charged the full amount for the session but not receive treatment. There will be no exceptions.
It is expected that clients come clean (freshly bathed is preferred) from head to toe. This is in consideration for yourself and the practitioner who will be providing the spa or massage service to you and working in close proximity. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone not meeting this or any other requirement.
We recommend that no jewelry be worn to the appointment. We accept no responsibility for the loss of or damage to valuables brought onto the premises.
In an effort to maintain a peaceful environment for all clients, we kindly ask that cell phones be turned off during the treatment session. While in the waiting area, cell phones should be on “silent” or “vibrate” mode. We also ask that the client refrain from making and/or receiving calls during the treatment session.
Payment is by cash (new clients or established clients), check (established clients only) or PayPal only.
Tipping is appreciated but not required for most services. Tipping of 20% (on the full service amount) is required, however, when making use of deeply discounted services (40% or higher savings) that are highlighted during special promotion periods and are presented on the Corrective Bodyworx website, Groupon, Living Social, Home Run, or other social media or advertising outlets.
